One benefit of BES is that you can send an email message to another individual on the behalf of another BlackBerry user. When the email recipient receives a third-party message, the “From” field reads “Sent On Behalf Of” along with the name of the individual the message is sent for.

Ensure that you are delegated on your company's BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) to send email on behalf of another BlackBerry user. This delegation can only be set by your company's BES administrator.

Log into your company's BES email account from your BlackBerry.

Select the option to compose a new message.

Type into the “From” field the email address of the person you are sending the message for.

Type the email recipient's email address in the “To” field.

Type the subject of your message in the “Subject” field. Type your message in the “Body” section.

Select “Send” to send your message.
